Today marks a year since I was reunited with my fluffy, peach-colored princess Roxy in the Czech Republic. It was a dramatic story with a happy ending, and I am incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us along the way.
I would especially like to thank Maxim, who brought Roxy to Karlovy Vary. It was a difficult and challenging journey, but thanks to his care and attention, she arrived in excellent condition, stress-free and in great spirits.
A special thanks to Alexander, who for a long time helped my father and sister take care of Roxy and played a major role in preparing her for this long trip.
This complex rescue operation has even inspired an entire chapter in my novel, The Battle for Happiness, which I hope to publish next year (we’ve postponed its release for security reasons).
Thank you to everyone who worried about Roxy, supported us, and followed her journey. Today, she is healthy, happy, and surrounded by love. This story reminds me of how important it is to protect those we care about, to be responsible, and to show love and care.
